How to record KIT days in Breathe

We would suggest using 'other leave' for recording keeping in touch days during an employee's maternity leave, as other leave doesn't deduct from employee's holiday allowances.

You can create your own other leave reasons via Configure > Settings > Picklists > Other leave types

As Breathe doesn't allow two records to overlap on a particular date, if there is already a record on Breathe for the employee, for their maternity leave, you would need to enter an end date for the other leave maternity record, then enter the keep in touch day other leave record, then resume the other leave maternity record again in order to get around this.
