You & your people can now record their COVID test results directly in their profiles
Simply navigate to the More tab within their profile and select COVID Test results from the drop-down menu.
Then, click the blue '+' circle to enter their positive, negative or inconclusive results, select the date the test was taken and even enter in any comments relating to the test.
COVID Reporting for HR Users
Admin and HR users can also report on all employees COVID-19 results within the Reports area, by heading to 'People Records' section > Covid Test Results.
All reports can be downloaded & filtered by department, location, date and the result of the test.
Please note: At this moment email notifications are not able to be turned off in relation to Covid test results. Both HR users and the Admin will be informed when one is submitted. Also currently Line Managers are unable to view COVID reports.
Admin and HR users can switch off COVID-19 functionality by heading to Modules > Included Modules.
