To edit a users bank account details within Breathe all you need to do is follow the pathway within their profile: More > Pay > Bank details > Edit.
Then click 'update bank details' when they are updated.
Email notifications
If an employee has updated their bank details in Breathe, the employee will get an email to confirm that a request to update their bank details has been made.

If line managers have permission to manage bank details on behalf of the employees they manage, the line manager will also receive an email to confirm the bank detail change request.

If line managers do not have these permissions assigned, bank detail approval request emails will be sent to all HR users on the account.
