Within Breathe there are different dashboard views depending on your permissions. Examples of these are below:

This is the Admin and Hr dashboard. The list of things you can expect to see on here is:

Top banner:

  • How many employees you currently have on holiday

  • How many employees you currently have on other leave

  • How many employees are currently off sick

  • How many employees have birthdays on that day

Below tiles: This next section tell you any outstanding tasks you have and any notifications of any up and coming events in the next 7 days. The notifications that you will see here are:

  • Work anniversaries

  • Birthdays

  • Pending leavers

  • Pending starters

  • End of probation

  • Leave

  • One-to-ones

  • Objectives due

  • Applicant interviews

  • Training

  • Equipment reminders

  • Note reminders

  • Furlough returners

To view and complete the tasks click on the arrow next to the task.

This will take you through to the relevant screen to complete the task. Once everything has been completed your dashboard will be empty ready for new requests.
