Within Breathe there are different views of the dashboard depending on your permissions. Examples of these are below:
HR/Admin user view:
This is the Admin and Hr dashboard. The list of things you can expect to see on here is:
Company Highlights:
How many current employees on Breathe
How many employees you currently have on holiday
How many employees you currently have on other leave
How many employees are currently off sick
How many employees have birthdays on that day
The To Do's area informs you of any outstanding tasks you have and any notifications of any up and coming events appear in the Next 7 days area.
The notifications that you will see here are:
Work anniversaries
Birthdays
Pending leavers
Pending starters
End of probation
Leave
One-to-ones
Objectives due
Applicant interviews
Training
Equipment reminders
Note reminders
To view and complete the tasks click on the view box next to the task.
This will take you through to the relevant screen to complete the task. Once everything has been completed your dashboard will be empty ready for new requests.
This will not be company-wide updates. This will be for the people you manage specifically.
Line Manager View
A Line Manager will see their personal profile and the To Do's and Next 7 Days areas. The Company highlights area will not be visible to Line Managers
