In order to be able to make a donation of up to 50% back to your charity, we would need you to add your charity details including your verified bank details. Without these, we will not be able to make this donation back to you.

The account Admin user is the only person that has permission to add these into your Breathe account.

All they need to do is head to Configure > Settings > Details:

Then, simply click the pencil icon and enter the client's charity details in the section shown below:

Finally, click Update account and that's it! 🎉
