What's included in this guide:
Step 1: Adding a person into Breathe
Navigate to People > Add new and simply fill out the details to add a colleague in.
Fields marked with an * must be filled in.
Don't forget to send them their welcome email to invite them to the system.
To import your people in bulk, simply head to People > Data > Imports > Add new people
Step 2: Set up your picklists and modules
Picklists put you in control of your account, giving a level of customisation for terms familiar within your business. This could be sickness types, departments or divisions.
You can access the picklists by heading to Configure > Settings > Picklists.
You can either delete or edit the existing options, or start adding your own.
There's no limit on the amount of options you can add - so you can keep customising.
Modules
Modules allow you to customise your account with items that will help you streamline your HR tasks.
Our additional paid modules are:
Rota, time and attendance - Manage shifts and timesheets/timeclocks with ease
Learn - Upskill your people
Expenses - Submit expenses with ease
Recruitment - Fill vacancies and store applicant information
Additional HR permissions - Purchase additional HR permissions
Step 3: Set up your holiday allowances
First, make sure you have the right holiday year set up. Do this by heading to configure > settings > holiday year.
Holiday allowances can be created in days and/or hours, and you can create as many as you'd like. You can also add in carryover as well as length in service.
To create holiday allowances, head to Configure > Settings > Holiday allowances > +
Step 4: Set up your working patterns
You can create as many working patterns as you like - so each employee could have their own individual one, if necessary.
You can create these by heading to Configure > Settings > Working patterns > + > enter hours worked on each day.
And that's it, your account is now set up.
When you are ready to purchase simply click the 'buy now' button and follow our simple 3-step process.
