At Breathe, we believe in keeping things simple. Cancelling your plan shouldn't be a chore -sometimes it's time to say goodbye, and that's ok.
To cancel your Breathe plan, the Admin user on the account will need to head to
Configure > plan and billing > manage plan > cancel plan and follow the prompts on screen
Important things to know
When you cancel your account, you'll still have full access to all your features and files right up until your next renewal date.
We understand how important your data is to you, so we'll also securely hold onto it for an additional 60 days after your renewal date just incase you need to access it or you change your mind. It will be permanently deleted after 60 days and will not be recoverable.
You can check when your next billing date is by heading to Configure > plan and billing > manage plan > update billing info.
Please note, we're unable to issue refunds for any plans not cancelled by mistake.
