At Breathe, we believe in keeping things simple. Cancelling your plan shouldn't be a chore -sometimes it's time to say goodbye, and that's ok.
To cancel your Breathe plan, the Admin user on the account will need to head to
Configure > plan and billing > manage plan > cancel plan and follow the prompts on screen
Important things to know
When you cancel your account, all data is immediately and permanently removed and is non-recoverable, in line with our license agreement.
To get the most out of your remaining time with us before you cancel, why not check when your next billing date is? Head to Configure > plan and billing > manage plan > update billing info to find out. As long as you cancel before your next billing date, your plan won't renew & you won't be charged.
Please note, we're unable to issue refunds for any plans not cancelled by mistake.
