How to cancel a client's account or trial

The steps to cancel a client's trial or account

If you're a Breathe Partner and need to cancel a client's account or trial, follow these steps:

Step 2: Verify if you're the admin of the account

Navigate to your dashboard > click the arrow under actions > go to users.

If "yes" is listed next to your name under "Account admin user," proceed to step 4. If not, proceed to step 3.

Step 3: If you're not the admin, assign yourself as the admin

Step 4: Return to your dashboard and click the person icon under actions to access the client account.

Step 5: Go to configure > Plan and billing > Cancel plan

Step 6: Type in the client's account name and cancel

Please note: Once you've cancelled the account, clients will still have access to it right up until their next renewal date. We will also hold onto their data for a further 60 days in case they change their mind.

All client data will be permanently erased 60 day after their last renewal date and cannot be retrieved. If you need to export the data, refer to the article below:
