This article is for all employees who use Breathe, to help navigate the dashboard area.

Once you log in, you'll land on your dashboard screen. This is where you will find all the important information on your profile.

What's included in this guide:

Dashboard

These tiles show the most common parts of your profile for easy viewing. You can request holiday, view upcoming one-to-ones, documents & lots more.

You may see some tiles here that are not on your profile - don't worry, this will have been configured by your Breathe admin user, and some may not be relevant to you.

My leave

With your leave tile, you can instantly find out how much holiday you have left, book and request annual leave, manage your leave as well have easy access to the company calendar.

Once you have sent through your leave request, we will email your holiday approver to let them know you have made a request and you will be emailed their response.

My sickness

Here, you can easily view your absences & the amount of sick days you've taken in the last rolling 12-month period.

You can 'report new sickness' with ease by simply clicking on the button. This will send an instant email to your line manager for approval.

Don't worry if you can't see the report sickness button - this means your HR users have made it your line manager's job to report new sickness for you.

My one-to-ones

Keep up to date with all your one-to-ones, objectives and deliverables. Here, you can easily see when your next one-to-one is due, as well as make a request to schedule one in.

If you can't see the option to request a one-to-one, this just means your HR user will be managing this centrally for you.

Documents

View all your documents in one place. This document menu option will show you what needs to be read (and what documents you have already read).

If a document is just uploaded into your account you can view this under 'view documents'. If a document has been uploaded with a 'read required', Breathe will send you an email to let you know there's a document that you need to read.

Once you've read your document simply click the 'tick' button (shown below) and sit back.
