This guide has been written for employees using Breathe.

The community section is where you can view company suggestions, shout out to a colleague for a job well done & celebrate success with kudos.

Included in this guide:

The first thing you'll see in the community tab is the kudos section. This is where you'll see all the latest kudos given (to all members of the community).

You can view the leaderboard from the trophy icon & view all kudos by clicking the star icon.

Don't forget to like other kudos & show support to your colleagues.

To give kudos (to either an individual or a department) simply click on your profile in the top right-hand side and select 'give kudos'.

You can also make a company suggestion from here, too:

Under kudos, you'll find the suggestions section. From here, you can view all recently made suggestions. You can upvote suggestions and even add comments to them.

You can view all suggestions by clicking the lightbulb on the right (shown below in blue). You can create a company suggestion by clicking on your profile (as shown above).
