The bulk assign tasks feature allows you to assign multiple tasks to an employee at once.

How to bulk assign tasks to an employee

Tasks can be managed by going to Company > tasks.

Here you will find a list of all the tasks that have been created, along with the ability to add new tasks by clicking the '+' button.

Select the tasks that are to be allocated to an employee > Select an employee > bulk update > assign.

You also have the option to filter tasks by department, simplifying the process of assigning department-specific tasks to employees.

What happens next?

For tasks that require completion by a specific date, you can easily set due dates within the employee's record.

This can be actioned by going to an employee profile > More > Tasks > Click the edit icon against a task > Enter a Due date > update task.
