When you log in to your BridgeU Advisor account, you are automatically directed to the Home page. This dashboard provides a high-level overview of your students’ progress and key milestones in their university preparation journey.
You can search for students by name, surname, or email, and filter results by Graduation year or Assigned advisors to quickly review specific groups of students. The Home dashboard also helps you track student activity across different stages of the BridgeU platform, making it easier to identify students who may need support or reminders.
PSHE Resources
The PSHE Resources button provides access to the full PSHE content library within BridgeU. This feature is available with an active subscription and when enabled by school CPs. Advisors can view and download PSHE content directly through Google Drive, which is natively integrated within the BridgeU platform, making it easy to access and manage learning resources.
Onboarding
The Onboarding section shows whether how many students have successfully registered their BridgeU accounts.
From this section, you can:
Track how many students have activated their accounts
Identify students who still need to complete registration
Send reminders to students who have not yet started using the platform.
Self-Discovery
The Self-Discovery section tracks student progress across BridgeU’s self-assessment activities. These assessments help students better understand their strengths, interests, and learning styles.
Advisors can use this section to:
Monitor and Identify how many students have completed each assessment.
Send reminders to students who have not yet completed their assessment.
Narrowing Universities
The Narrowing Universities section tracks students as they research and build their university shortlist.
This helps advisors:
Monitor which students have started exploring universities
Track progress on university shortlists
Allows advisors to send reminders to students who have not started their research
Application Preparation
The Application Preparation section helps advisors monitor students as they begin preparing their university applications.
Key tracked activities include:
Start your applications – Shows how many students have started their university applications.
Request teacher recommendation – Indicates which students have requested recommendation letters from their teachers.
Pair with CommonApp – Shows whether students have connected their BridgeU account with their CommonApp account.
Each activity displays a Student completion indicator (for example, 2/57), which shows how many students have completed the task out of the total number assigned. To view more details, click the View details (arrow icon) next to the activity to open the Activity Summary page, where you can see a detailed overview of student progress.
