Each student has a dedicated Summary page, where you can view key information at a glance and access different areas of their profile.
From this page, you can use the tabs under the student’s details to navigate between sections such as Grades, Applications, Shortlist, Assessments, and Recommendations. You will also find the option to access the student’s account directly.
Within the summary page, you can also:
Search students quickly- Use the search bar at the top of the page to find another student without returning to the main Students list.
Move between students- Use the previous and next student arrows to seamlessly switch between student profiles and continue working without interruption.
Take actions instantly- Update details and manage key actions directly from the student's details page, saving time and avoiding unnecessary navigation.
Note: Some of the information displayed on the Student Summary page is pulled directly from the student’s onboarding responses, as well as their Shortlist and Applications lists.
If certain sections appear incomplete, this means the student has not yet finished answering the relevant questions or completing those areas of their profile.
By clicking on the pink profile icon labeled “View student account,” you can access a specific student’s profile.
From there, you’ll be able to review the account as the student sees it. When you're ready to return to your account, you can simply click Back to student details page.
