Plan availability

The Portfolio view is available for all plans.

The view is mainly beneficial for users managing more than one account.

The Portfolio view gives you a performance overview of all your BrightBid accounts in one place. See the most important metrics per account and how each account is pacing against its spend and performance targets.

In this article, we cover:

  • How do I access the Portfolio view?

  • What can I use the Portfolio view for?

  • How can I customise the view with search, filters and sorting?

  • Using Starred accounts

  • Can I add more accounts to the Portfolio view?

How do I access the Portfolio view?

If you have access to more than one account as a BrightBid user, you will automatically be directed to the Portfolio view every time you log in.

If you want to navigate to the Portfolio view manually:

  1. Open the account switcher at the top of the left menu

  2. Click Go to Portfolio.

What can I use the Portfolio view for?

The Portfolio view is where you should start your day's work — you get a quick overview of how all your accounts are performing in one place.

Instead of going into each account in BrightBid to see how they are performing, the Portfolio view gives you an instant overview of where any possible issues or performance drops occurred, guiding you where to spend your time.

These are the main columns and statuses displayed in the Portfolio view (last 30 days performance):

  • Audit Score per account

  • Cost / Target Spend — actual spend against your monthly spend target, with pacing percentage

  • Clicks, Conversions and Cost/Conv — compared with the previous period

  • Alerts — anomaly and issue alerts per account

  • Subscription — the account's subscription type

Click any account row to open that account's Dashboard for full performance data and tools.

Customize the view: search, filters and sorting

Use the Search input to easily find accounts you are looking for. Use Filters and the column sorting to order the list — for example by Audit Score to see which accounts need your attention, or by spend pacing to catch accounts at risk of over- or under-spending.

Using Starred accounts

You might want to keep your most important accounts one click away. Click the star next to an account name to add it to your Starred list, then use the Starred tab to only view those accounts. Unclicking the star removes it from the list.

Can I add more accounts to the Portfolio view?

All accounts that are assigned to your user will appear in the Portfolio view. You can add a new account with the New Account button. If another user or administrator manages an account that you would like to have in your Portfolio view, you need an invite from that user — reach out to the account admin or the support team to get help with this.
