To add a meetup location:

  1. Go to Products Product Settings

  2. Click the Meetup Locations tab

  3. Click + Add Location

  4. Fill in the following:

    • Location Name

    • Description (include signs, landmarks, parking notes)

    • Google Maps and Apple Maps links

  5. Click Save

Once added, you can tie these to trips or packages, keeping communication consistent and accurate.

Best practice for setting up meetup locations

It is not required to assign meetup locations to experiences, but it is recommended when the same meetup spot is regularly used for a specific experience. This helps keep trip setup faster and more consistent.

Important to know

  • Guides can update the meetup location on a booking when needed.

  • Guides can only choose from meetup locations that have already been created by the outfitter.

  • Guides cannot create brand-new meetup locations from the guide side.
