Enable guides to edit meetup locations

Give guides the flexibility to update meetup spots on a per-trip basis—ideal for adapting to local access points or changing conditions.

Some trips call for flexibility—like changing water access points or seasonal road closures. Brindlechute lets you grant guides permission to adjust the meetup location for individual trips, without affecting the default set at the experience level.

To allow guides to edit the meetup location:

  1. Go to Products → Experiences

  2. Select an experience to edit

  3. Scroll to the Meetup Time and Location section

  4. Check the box that says “Allow guide to edit location”

  5. Click Save

Once enabled, guides can update the meetup location directly on their assigned trip, helping them respond to local conditions or logistical changes.
