Each experience needs a clear meeting point so your clients and guides know exactly where to go. Brindlechute lets you assign default meetup locations to individual experiences, keeping trip details consistent while allowing for flexibility.
To add a meetup location to an experience:
Go to Products → Experiences
Choose to edit or add an experience
Scroll to the Meetup detail section, below Experience time configuration
From here, you can:
Set a Default meetup time
Select a Default meetup location from your saved list in Product Settings
Optionally turn on Allow guide to edit meetup details so guides can adjust the meetup for individual trips
This setup gives you structure with the option to adapt—ideal for outfitters who run the same trip in multiple locations or need guide-level control.
🟢 Changing the meetup for a single trip
A default meetup location applies to every trip booked under that experience. If one trip needs a different meeting spot, assign a different location on that trip's trip details page instead—the experience default stays as it is for all other trips. See Changing the Meetup Location for a Single Trip for the steps.
