How to manage and organize your meetup locations

Easily edit, archive, or restore meetup spots to keep your location list clean, current, and tailored to how your trips run.

Meetup locations help your clients and staff know exactly where to go. As your Outfit evolves, you might need to update, reuse, or retire certain spots—without losing valuable details. Brindlechute gives you flexible tools to manage this.

Once a meetup location is created, you (the outfitter) can manage it using the icons next to each entry:

  • Pencil icon – Edit location details (landmarks, map links, name, etc.)

  • Clipboard icon – Duplicate a location to create a variation

  • File icon – Archive a location you're no longer using

  • Restore icon – Bring back any archived location

At the top, you’ll find two tabs to help you sort:

  • Active – Locations ready to use on trips

  • Archived – Saved locations you can restore anytime

This system keeps your location list organized while preserving your operational history. You’ll never need to rebuild directions from scratch—just update or revive what you already have.
