Checklist tips & tricks: experience-level vs. trip-level

Build checklists at the experience level for repeat use. Trip-level edits won’t carry forward; contact us for back-apply changes.

When you create a checklist under an experience, you’re building a repeatable template. Any future bookings of that experience will:

  • Inherit the same trip states

  • Use the same checklist structure

  • Follow the same timing and task flow

You can also add new tasks directly inside a trip—but those will only apply to that trip. If it’s something you want done every time, make the change at the experience level.

Note: Edits made at the experience level are not backlogged to past trips. If you need that done, reach out to our team.

Build checklists while setting up an experience—define states, add tasks, and automate your workflow.

4. Using Checklists to Track Trip Progress
Track which tasks are done, what’s coming up, and what’s overdue across every trip in real time.

5. Checklist Best Practices: Experience-Level vs. Trip-Level
Add tasks at the experience level for reuse—trip-level edits won’t carry over. Contact support if changes need to apply retroactively.
