The Shared trips page lists every shared trip you've scheduled. A shared trip is a trip that guests from different bookings join and share, such as a class or a group clinic. To open the page, click Shared trips in the left sidebar, under Platform.
Active, Completed, and Canceled
Shared trips are grouped into three tabs at the top of the page:
Active – upcoming and in-progress shared trips
Completed – shared trips that have finished
Canceled – shared trips that were canceled
Opening a row from the Canceled tab takes you to the shared trip page for that experience and date, with a notice at the top, such as The shared wade you opened has been canceled. Any other shared trips still running on that date are listed below it.
Columns
Each row is one experience on one date:
Experience – the shared trip experience
Date – the date the shared trips run, and how many days they last
Shared trips – how many shared trips run on that date
Shared trip status – for example, Ready, In Progress, or Overdue
Bookings – how many bookings have seats on that date
Booking client – each booking's client, the number of seats their booking takes, and the booking status
Filters
Filter by Client, Trip Date, Experience, or Trip type. On the Active tab, you can also filter by Shared trip status. Click Clear filters to reset them.
