Touch Points are the heart of BrokerBlocks. These AI-powered messages are designed to help you follow up with leads and clients quickly, effectively, and with a personal touch—without spending hours crafting each one.
🧪 Start with a Training Lead
Before sending real follow-ups, you can practice using Training Leads—a safe way to test out your Touch Points and get comfortable with the system.
Training Leads appear on your Dashboard.
Any Touch Points you send to a Training Lead will be delivered to your own email and phone.
It’s the perfect way to explore how Touch Points look, how to edit them, and what your clients will experience.
✏️ How to Send Your First Touch Point
First Head to Your Dashboard where you’ll see a list of your leads and any New Best Actions (NBAs) recommended for them.
Click the Pencil Icon: This icon in the bottom left corner of the NBA opens a preview of your Touch Point.
📝 Review & Edit the Details for your Touch Point
You’ll see your personalized message based on the lead context.
Click the blue Edit icon in the bottom footer to open an editing panel on the right.
Personalize the message as needed to better reflect your tone or the conversation.
Click the Send icon on the bottom footer to open your delivery options.
📧 Choose How to Send Your Touch Point
Here you can edit the subject and body of your message.
Then, choose to send the message via SMS or email, depending on your connection with the contact.
Use the Email Preview option below the message body to review your message before sending.
Alternatively, you can send the message through your connected CRM, such as Follow Up Boss or BoldTrail.
💬 Sending from Your CRM
If you're using Follow Up Boss, click Send from FUB to choose whether you'd like to send an SMS, email, or both.
After selecting your preferred option, you'll be taken to a screen where you can copy the message to your clipboard.
Then, head to your FUB account and paste the message into the appropriate SMS tool to send it.
✨ Pro Tip: Clicking "Send" in BrokerBlocks logs a note in your CRM, but it doesn’t confirm message delivery. Be sure to complete the send in your CRM to ensure your message goes out!
🔄 How to See Your Touch Point History
After sending a Touch Point, you can easily view its history:
Use the search bar on the left to find your contact.
Once selected, the Touch Point History widget will appear, showing your most recent messages and engagement activity.
⚡️ Pro Tip: Use Touch Points Based on Conversation Type
BrokerBlocks recommends Touch Points based on your CRM activity and insights. The more context the system has, the smarter your recommendations become - so the better your follow-ups will be.
