How to Enable and Use the BrokerBlocks Widget in Follow Up Boss (FUB)

Seamlessly connect BrokerBlocks with Follow Up Boss for a smoother, more client-focused workflow.

The BrokerBlocks widget inside Follow Up Boss puts everything you need right where you're already working. Instead of toggling between platforms, you and your team can access BrokerBlocks tools directly from any lead profile in your CRM — helping you serve clients faster and more consistently.


⚙️ Step 1 — Admin Enables the Widget

This step must be completed by a Follow Up Boss Admin.

  1. Log in to Follow Up Boss with an Admin account

  2. Go to the Admin tab at the top → select Integrations

  3. Locate BrokerBlocks in the list of widgets

  4. Click Enable

You'll know it's active when the button turns red and reads Disable. If you see a green Enable button, click it to activate.


🔍 Step 2 — Locate the Widget

Once enabled, each team member can find and add the widget to their own view.

  1. Open any Lead Profile in Follow Up Boss

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the widget sidebar on the right-hand side

  3. Locate BrokerBlocks


✅ Step 3 — Test the Integration

Before rolling this out to your team, do a quick check to confirm everything is working:

  • Open a lead and confirm the BrokerBlocks panel displays on the right side

  • Expand the panel and verify that your account information loads correctly


🛠️ Troubleshooting

  • Don't see the widget? Make sure your admin has enabled it under Integrations.

  • Still hidden? Scroll all the way down — it may be collapsed at the bottom of the sidebar.

  • Need to reset? Ask your admin to disable and then re-enable the widget.
