The Utility Checklist Touchpoint takes that stress off your client's plate β€” providing a clear, organized guide to manage utility transfers before closing. Simple, professional, and designed to keep the transition smooth from start to finish.

Your touchpoints come pre-filled with hyper-personalized content β€” already tailored to your leads and ready to send. You can also edit them anytime to match your brand voice before they go out.


🧭 Getting Started

You'll typically access this touchpoint through the Explore section. You can also review or edit it directly at any time:

  • Go to Explore in the main app

  • Navigate to Contract Phase β†’ Utility Checklist

  • Click Explore to view the leads on your account

Note: When editing a touchpoint in Explore, select any contact to preview and make your edits, then save. Your changes will be ready the next time you send that touchpoint to any of your leads.

At the very top of the checklist, your client sees a clear, friendly prompt reminding them to contact their utility providers and have services switched into their name by the closing date. A simple nudge that prevents overlooked tasks and last-minute stress.

✏️ How to Edit Utility Checklist

To customize the touchpoint, click Edit at the bottom of the screen. From here you can:

  • Edit the Client Note β€” update the reminder message your client sees at the top of the checklist. Keep it clear and action-oriented

  • Manage Electricity Providers β€” review the pre-loaded list of electricity providers and their contact numbers. Click Remove next to any provider you'd like to exclude

  • Manage Water/Sewer Providers β€” confirm the listed provider and contact number is accurate for your client's area

  • Manage Phone/Cable/Internet Providers β€” review the pre-loaded options and remove any that aren't relevant

When you're done, click Save to apply your changes.

Note: If you simply want to save your edits as the default template, click the home icon in the upper left corner and select "Save and Return to Dashboard"

Once you've reviewed your edits:

  • Click Save to apply your changes for future use

  • Click Continue to review Sending Options and deliver the touchpoint now
