The Testimonial Request Touchpoint is powered by Next Best Actions (NBAs). When BrokerBlocks detects that the timing is right β such as after a successful transaction β it automatically generates an NBA prompting you to request a review from your client.
Rather than manually choosing leads, most users simply follow the NBA to ensure requests are sent at the most effective moment. Your primary role is to review and personalize the content so it reflects your brand and voice before it goes out.
π§ Getting Started
You'll typically open this touchpoint directly from a Next Best Action. To review or edit it ahead of time:
Go to Explore in the main app
Navigate to Referral Phase β Testimonial Request
Click Explore to open the touchpoint
Note: When editing a touchpoint in Explore, select any contact to preview and make your edits, then save. Your changes will be ready the next time you send that touchpoint to any of your leads.

The touchpoint is pre-built and client-ready β light personalization is all you need. A clear call-to-action button is included, taking clients directly to your review page with zero friction.
βοΈ How to Edit the Testimonial Request
To customize the touchpoint, click Edit at the bottom of the screen. From here you can:
Open Edit Mode β click Edit at the bottom of the screen to begin customizing the Touchpoint
Review Your Headshot β confirm it's accurate and current, and enable Auto Scale to ensure it fits cleanly within the design
Review the Request Message β the text is pre-filled and client-ready; leave it as-is or make light edits to better match your voice. Keep it short β simple and sincere performs best
Manage Review Links β review where clients can leave their testimonial: Google Review Link and Zillow Review Link. Click Edit Review Links to add, remove, or update your URLs
When you're done, click Save to apply your changes.
Note: If you simply want to save your edits as the default template, click the home icon in the upper left corner and select "Save and Return to Dashboard"

Once you've reviewed your edits:
Click Save to apply your changes for future use
Click Continue to review Sending Options and deliver the touchpoint now
