You'll typically access this touchpoint through the Explore section. You can also review or edit it directly at any time:
Go to Explore in the main app
Navigate to Client Phase β Contract Congrats!
Click Explore to open the touchpoint
Note: When editing a touchpoint in Explore, select any contact to preview and make your edits, then save. Your changes will be ready the next time you send that touchpoint to any of your leads.

Your client will be greeted with a bold, upbeat headline: "Congrats, You're Under Contract!" π
This sets a celebratory tone and helps your client feel seen, supported, and genuinely excited about this milestone.
