🧭 Getting Started
You'll typically access this touchpoint through the Explore section. You can also review or edit it directly at any time:
Go to Explore in the main app
Navigate to Client Phase → Journey - Next Steps
Click Explore to view the leads on your account
✏️ How to Personalize this touchpoint
To customize the touchpoint, click Edit at the bottom of the screen. From here you can:
Your Photo — Upload your headshot to keep your brand polished and current
Message — A pre-written gratitude note is included. You can update the client's name or add light personalization, but the main body is designed to remain consistent across all clients
Signature — Your saved digital signature appears automatically, ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint
When you're done, click Save to apply your changes.
The touchpoint comes with a ready-to-use note — warm, professional, and relationship-forward.
Note: If you simply want to save your edits as the default template, click the home icon in the upper left corner and select "Save and Return to Dashboard"
📤 Ready to Send?
Once you've reviewed your edits:
Click Save to apply your changes for future use
Click Continue to review Sending Options and deliver the touchpoint now
