The Thank You Touchpoint is powered by Next Best Actions (NBAs). When BrokerBlocks detects the right moment to send a thank-you message, it automatically generates an NBA prompting you to review it.
Rather than manually selecting leads, most users simply follow the recommended NBA — ensuring thank-you messages go out at the right time, consistently and professionally. Your role is to review and personalize the content so it reflects your voice and brand before it's sent.
🧭 Getting Started
You'll typically open this touchpoint directly from a Next Best Action. To review or edit it ahead of time:
Go to Explore in the main app
Navigate to Prospect Phase → Thank You
Click Explore to open the touchpoint
Note: When editing a touchpoint in Explore, select any contact to preview and make your edits, then save. Your changes will be ready the next time you send that touchpoint to any of your leads.
💡 Any edits made here will apply to all future Thank You messages generated by Next Best Actions.
✏️ How to Edit the Thank You Message
Your touchpoints come pre-filled with hyper-personalized content — already tailored to your leads and ready to send. To customize, click Edit at the bottom of the screen. From here you can:
Choose Content Type — select Text or Video. The preview updates automatically
Review Your Photo — confirm it's current and enable Auto Scale for a clean fit
Personalize the Message — edit as needed. Personalization tokens like name are pre-filled already
Review Your Signature — confirm it appears correctly. Changes apply across all touchpoints
Preview Your Changes — confirm everything looks polished before saving
📌 Tip: A quick review and one small personal edit can make your touchpoint feel genuine — not automated.
When you're done, click Save to apply your changes.
Note: If you simply want to save your edits as the default template, click the home icon in the upper left corner and select "Save and Return to Dashboard"
📤 Ready to Send?
Once you've reviewed your edits:
Click Save to apply your changes for future use
Click Continue to review Sending Options and deliver the touchpoint now
