The Appointment Reminder Touchpoint in BrokerBlocks is designed to work automatically through Next Best Actions. When BrokerBlocks detects an upcoming appointment on your Google Calendar, it generates a Next Best Action prompting you to send a reminder at exactly the right time.


🧭 Getting Started

You'll typically access this touchpoint through a Next Best Action. You can also review or edit it directly at any time:

  • Go to Explore in the main app

  • Navigate to Prospect Phase β†’ Appointment Reminder

  • Click Explore to open the touchpoint

Note: When editing a touchpoint in Explore, select any contact to preview and make your edits, then save. Your changes will be ready the next time you send that touchpoint to any of your leads.

✏️ How to Personalize this touchpoint

When customizing the Touchpoint, you can review and update appointment details and branding before sending.

1. Open Edit Mode

The touchpoint opens directly to the Edit screen by default β€” no extra steps needed.

2. Update Branding Elements

When customizing the Touchpoint, you can adjust:

  • Your Photo β€” Review your profile photo and swap it if needed. Enable Auto Scale to fit it automatically within the design.

  • Your Company Logo β€” Choose a size (Small, Medium, or Large), or enable Auto Scale to keep it properly sized and aligned.

3. Review & Confirm Appointment Details

Under the Appointment section, confirm or update the following fields:

  • Date β€” Appointment date

  • Start Time β€” When the appointment begins

  • Duration β€” Length of the appointment

  • End Time β€” Automatically calculated based on duration

  • Location β€” Full meeting address

  • Location Business Name β€” Display name shown to the client

  • Mobile Number β€” Contact number included in the reminder

Any changes made here update the preview in real time.

4. Preview Your Changes

Review the updated appointment card in the main preview area to make sure all details are accurate and on-brand before sending.

​Note: If you simply want to save your edits as the default template, click the home icon in the upper left corner and select "Save and Return to Dashboard"

Once you've reviewed your edits:

  • Click Save to apply your changes for future use

  • Click Continue to review Sending Options and deliver the touchpoint now
