By default, BrokerBlocks surfaces leads that its AI identifies as active, warm, or hot — keeping your focus on the most important opportunities. But if you want to take action on a specific lead right now, you can manually import it from the FUB widget in seconds.
📥 Step 1 — Import the Lead
Open the lead profile in Follow Up Boss
In the right-hand widget sidebar, locate BrokerBlocks
Click Import Opportunity
The lead will now appear in BrokerBlocks, ready for you to engage with.
✅ Step 2 — Confirm the Lead in BrokerBlocks
After importing, verify the lead was added successfully:
Open the BrokerBlocks app
On the left-hand side, look under Others
Your manually imported lead will appear there
