Rather than manually selecting leads, most users simply follow the recommended Next Best Action β ensuring reminders go out consistently, accurately, and without extra effort. Your role is to review and personalize the content if needed before sending.

You'll typically open this presentation from a Next Best Action. To review or edit it ahead of time:
Go to Explore in the main app
Navigate to Client Phase β House Hunting List
Click Explore to view the leads on your account
π The Default Checklist
Out of the box, the House Hunting List includes four essential steps:

These items give clients a structured framework to follow throughout their home search.
βοΈ Customize the Checklist
To customize the touchpoint, click Edit at the bottom of the screen. From here you can:
Add, edit, or remove checklist items
Tweak section titles and descriptions
Save your version as the new default
Update your photo
Reset to the recommended content anytime with one click
When you're done, click Save to apply your changes.
βNote: If you simply want to save your edits as the default template, click the home icon in the upper left corner and select "Save and Return to Dashboard"
π€ Ready to Send?
Once you've reviewed your edits:
Click Save to apply your changes for future use
Click Continue to review Sending Options and deliver the touchpoint now
