Remembering a client's birthday is one of the simplest — and most memorable — ways to show you care. The Happy Birthday Touchpoint makes it effortless to send a warm, personalized greeting that keeps your relationship strong and your name top of mind, long after the transaction is done.

Rather than manually selecting leads, most users simply follow the recommended Next Best Action — ensuring reminders go out consistently, accurately, and without extra effort. Your role is to review and personalize the content if needed before sending.


🧭 Getting Started

You'll typically open this presentation from a Next Best Action. To review or edit it ahead of time:

  • Go to Explore in the main app

  • Navigate to Referral Phase → Happy Birthday

  • Click Explore to view the leads on your account

Note: When editing a touchpoint in Explore, select any contact to preview and make your edits, then save. Your changes will be ready the next time you send that touchpoint to any of your leads.

The touchpoint loads pre-filled and ready — just review, personalize if needed, and send.


🎉 What Your Client Will See

Your client will be greeted with a warm, celebratory "Happy Birthday!" headline — with their name automatically included to make the greeting feel personal and genuine, not generic.

At the bottom, they'll see your name and a friendly invitation to reach out for anything they need — keeping the door wide open for future conversations and referrals.

If you'd like to further personalize, click Edit at the bottom of the screen and hit Save when you're done.

Note: If you simply want to save your edits as the default template, click the home icon in the upper left corner and select "Save and Return to Dashboard"


📤 Ready to Send?

Once you've reviewed your edits:

  • Click Save to apply your changes for future use

  • Click Continue to review Sending Options and deliver the touchpoint now
