Once your client is under contract, reassurance becomes your most valuable service. The Road to Closing Touchpoint gives them a simple, polished breakdown of the journey ahead β€” keeping them informed, confident, and excited as closing day approaches.

Your touchpoints come pre-filled with hyper-personalized content β€” already tailored to your leads and ready to send. You can also edit them anytime to match your brand voice before they go out.


🧭 Getting Started

You'll typically access this touchpoint through the Explore section. You can also review or edit it directly at any time:

  • Go to Explore in the main app

  • Navigate to Contract Phase β†’ Road to Closing

  • Click Explore to open the touchpoint

Note: When editing a touchpoint in Explore, select any contact to preview and make your edits, then save. Your changes will be ready the next time you send that touchpoint to any of your leads.

Contract Signing Date
The final contract has been signed and sent via DocuSign. Copies are shared with the lender and settlement attorney.

Earnest Money Deposit Paid
Confirms the deposit has been received and applied correctly.

Home Inspection Completed
Ensures the property is thoroughly checked and any issues are addressed early.

Homeowner's Insurance
Time to shop for a policy. A recommended broker will be provided to help your client get started.

Appraisal Received & Reviewed
Keeps everyone updated on the home's valuation and ensures the numbers align.

Closing Funds Transferred to Escrow
Confirms funds are ready for settlement and everything stays on track.

Final Walkthrough Scheduled β€” Day Before Closing
Done the day before closing to confirm the home is in good condition before keys are handed over.

✏️ How to Edit the Road to Closing

To customize the touchpoint, click Edit at the bottom of the screen. From here you can:

  • Review the Contract Signing Date β€” confirm the contract has been signed and that copies have been shared with the lender and settlement attorney via DocuSign

  • Review the Earnest Money Deposit β€” confirm the deposit amount is accurate and has been received

  • Review the Home Inspection β€” confirm the inspection is scheduled or completed and any issues are noted

  • Review Homeowner's Insurance β€” confirm a broker recommendation is ready to share with your client

  • Review the Appraisal β€” confirm the valuation details are current and accurate

  • Review Closing Funds β€” confirm the escrow transfer details are correct and on track

  • Review the Final Walkthrough β€” confirm the date is scheduled for the day before closing

When you're done, click Save to apply your changes.

Note: If you simply want to save your edits as the default template, click the home icon in the upper left corner and select "Save and Return to Dashboard"

  • Click Save to apply your changes for future use

  • Click Continue to review Sending Options and deliver the touchpoint now
