Step 1: Add a new video
Go to the "Digital offer" tab > "Video library" > Click "add".
Step 2: VOD settings
Fill in the form > Check "Video rental" > Enter the video's validity in days.
The video will be unlocked for the number of days indicated; after the expiration date, the video will be locked again and the member will need to purchase it again to access it, if they wish.
The video will lock on the day indicated at the time the video was purchased.
Special cases:
If you change a video to rental, the video will be marked as expired for all members who purchased it previously and are no longer within the video's validity period.
If you modify a rental video to turn it into a lifetime-unlockable video, everyone who has unlocked the video at least once in the past will get lifetime access to it, even if it had expired under the rental model.

In the new Back Office
The main logic hasn't changed: you first create an On-Demand offer and then add media content to it.
Terminology update: The video library is now called On-Demand in the new Back Office.
Go to Products > On-Demand > Library. The Availability column shows a Available for a limited time label for offers configured this way.
To set this up, click Create On-Demand for a new offer (or the 3-dot menu > Edit for an existing one). At the bottom of the form, check Available for rent, enter the rental duration (days) and, optionally, add a description — this field is new. Save, then click Add content in the row to attach the content: YouTube (embed link), Vimeo (embed link), or eBook (PDF, JPG, or PNG).
