Step 1: Go to the video library
In the Digital offer tab > Click on 'Video library'.
Step 2: Make the video unavailable for purchase
Select the video you want to make unavailable for purchase and click the pencil icon to edit it.
Select 'Unavailable for purchase'.
Click 'Save'. Your video is no longer available for customers to purchase.
In the new Back Office
The core logic hasn't changed: you first create an On-Demand offer and then add the media content.
Terminology update: The video library is now called On-Demand in the new Back Office.
Go to Products > On-Demand > Library. Click the 3-dot menu on the offer's row and select Edit. In the Availability section, tick Unlisted and click Save.
