Terminology update: "session" is now class throughout.
In the new Back Office
Open the 3-dot menu next to Add class, then click Cancel multiple classes.
Show cancelled classes with a toggle via Display.
This overlaps with "Bulk cancel, grouped cancellation using pre-filtering, hiding and deleting the cancellations" — the change-log flags these as possibly redundant and worth merging once both exist.
In the previous Back Office
If you need to close your studio for a period, you can cancel all the sessions planned during that period in one go.
Go to Calendar > click the settings wheel > select Grouped Cancellation.
Define the closing period, then click Confirm.
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Clients who booked during this period will automatically receive a cancellation email and be reimbursed their credits.
