ℹ️ This update is live for all studios. Nothing changes in the way you use member search.
What's new
Member search now runs on a new dedicated search engine, built to be faster and more accurate.
Results appear up to 10 times faster, especially for studios with a large member base. You can search by name or email, and the best matches appear first.
Search also finds members as you type, even if you:
make a typo
leave out an accent
enter the first and last name in any order
What stays the same
You'll see the same members in your results as before. Archived members and team permissions work exactly as they did.
💡 If a search result doesn't look right, contact our support team with the name or email you searched for, and we'll look into it.
