1st Step: Create categories.
In Products > Shop > Click on "+ New Category".
Name the category > Click on the diskette to save.
2nd Step: Create a product.
Click on "Add an item".
Fill in the form :
Add a photo. The ideal image format for the images in the shop is: 1920 x 1080 (full HD 16/9e).
Name the item.
Add a description.
Indicate the price, VAT and supplier's price.
Configure how the products will be sold. There are 5 options:
Available on web marketplace: this product will be sold online.
Highlighted when validating the basket: when purchasing a course, this product will be recommended to the student before the validation of the basket.
Available for sale ONLY if stock is available.
Possibility to pay on the spot. By ticking "Internal account (credit)".
Imposes the default delivery charges: to be indicated in Settings > Store.
3rd step: Manage your categories and products.
To modify a category, click on the pencil and change its name then save.
To modify an item, click on it, then click on modify at the bottom right of the screen. The world map icon shows that the online sale is activated.
4th step: Track your orders.
Go to Payments > Orders. At each order you also have an alert in the bell in the top right corner.
