I can connect to the internet but not to my mobile application

Your email and password is the right one but it is not recognized by your application. Don't panic :), here is the list of cases identified

To make your life easier, your phone enters other data automatically when you type text into our application.

Here are the cases we have encountered:

1st Case: Adding a space after the email address.

When you type your email, a space may automatically appear at the end of your email.

You just have to delete it before typing your password and logging in.

2nd Case: Other error.
