With bsport, you need only one account for all your clubs, identified by your email. Follow these steps to recover it.

Thanks to our unique login technology, you can book and track your purchases with a single account through your email address.

To change your password, simply follow these steps:

1 . Request a new password

2. Choose a new password

3. Login to your account

1st Step: Request a new password.

You must click on this link: https://backoffice.bsport.io/login/reset_password and enter your email.

You will receive an email and you will have to click on the button "Create a new password".

2nd Step: Choose a new password.

You will need to choose a new password.

Be careful, you must enter the same password twice.

3rd Step: Log in to your account.

To log in, nothing could be easier, just click on this link: https://backoffice.bsport.io/login/customer and enter the following:

Your login: the email you used to create your password.

Your password: the password you created
