1st Step: Create your promotional code.
In Products > Promotions > Click on "Add a code".
Fill in the form :
Choose the name and the promotional code to give to the customer.
Choose the type of discount: as a percentage (example: 20% discount) or as a value (example: 20€ discount).
Choose which product(s) the promotional code is assigned to: course cards, shop products, appointment cards and packs
Select whether it is for delivery costs or for the whole basket
It is possible to select several products at the same time.
Set the availability of the promotional code and its use.
Setting up the use of the subscription
You can decide whether the code can apply to :
Every facturation
Only on the first payment
Only on the first period of a complete subscription
Non applicable to subscriptions
2nd Step: Track the consumption of your promotional code.
Then, once created, simply click on the promotional code to see how many people have used it and who.
You can therefore use it for tracking a marketing operation or partnership: provide this code to certain members participating in a particular operation and you will be able to see the impact of this operation.
