Pack management

This course will allow you to create packs containing several offers in order to offer a group purchase to your students.

A pack is a group of offers that can be bought by the student, it can contain lesson cards, appointment cards as well as products from the shop.

1st Step: Create a pack.

In Products > Packs > Click on "Create a pack".

2nd Step: Fill in the form.

  • Choose the name of the pack

  • Write a description

  • Decide on the maximum purchase per member

  • Choose the content of the pack.

  • Choose the price.

  • Choose the VAT to be applied to the pack and its different products, you have 2 possible options here (1. Apply VAT to each product in the pack; 2. Apply a general VAT to all the products in the pack):

    1. By default, the tax applied to each product is the one indicated on the product in question.

    For example, if you create a pack containing a pass with a 20% VAT and an appointment pass with a 9% VAT, by default, the VAT of each product will be applied.

    2. By selecting this option you will be able to apply a general VAT to the whole pack.

    So if you check this option, and the pack in question contains a pass with 20% VAT and an appointment pass with 9% VAT, you will be able to choose to impose 20% VAT on the whole pack.

  • Choose "Unavailable for purchase" (=invisible for clients) or not > Do not activate the toggle if you want the pack to be available for purchase.

  • Choose "Invisible to staff" or not (This option is to prevent your staff from selling it)

  • Choose the authorized means of payment. Internal account (credit) corresponds to the payment on the spot.

  • Decide whether it is only available for new clients

Click on "Save".
