Step 1: Create notifications

Click on Marketing > Notifications > Add a notification.

Choose for which element you want to create a notification:

  • Passes

  • Appointment passes

Step 2: Link the notification to passes (resp. appointment passes)

After selecting "Passes" or "Appointment passes", you should have the following menu with three choices:

  • Creating only the notification with no passes (resp. appointment passes) associated

  • Applying the notification you're creating to all the passes (resp. appointment passes) already created and the ones you will create in the future

  • Applying the notification you're creating to a selection of current passes

Step 3: Configure the notification

In this form, you first need to give a name to the notification. You have then to choose one of the three triggers that will send the notification:

  • the remaining credits of the pass (resp. appointment pass)

  • the remaining validity of the pass (resp. appointment pass)

  • expiration of the pass (resp. appointment pass)

You may set a special time to send the notification, as well as include or exclude some people from the notification with smartlists. Last but not least, select the appropriate format for your notification. You can choose between push notification and email, and select a template you have already created.

Step 4: Enjoy your notification

Once you have successfully created your notification, you can see all its details with a simple click.

You have a full description of your notification to help you understand its scope, an editing tool to make some changes to the notification or add and remove passes (resp. appointment passes) to/from the notification, and even some statistics to give you a better overview.

If you don’t want a notification to be sent, but still want to keep it in your records, you can deactivate the toggle on the left of the notification.
