Assign an appointment to a teacher after the student has made an appointment.
Assign an appointment to a teacher after the student has made an appointment.

This training will allow you not to indicate a teacher before making an appointment but afterwards according to your availability.

1st Step: Create an appointment by not allowing the choice of teacher.

In My Studio > About Appointments > Create or modify an appointment > Fill in the form > Indicate all the teachers who offer this appointment > Deselect "Allow the choice of the teacher when booking".

2nd Step: Assign a teacher after the student has made a reservation.

You will receive a notification that a student has made a reservation and needs to be assigned a teacher.

Click on the arrow in the red framed message. You will arrive at the customer's appointments.

Click on "Assign to a teacher".

Choose the teacher you want to assign.

The teacher is assigned to the appointment.
