Manage gifts between customers

This training aims to enable you to manage the invoicing of customers who want to give each other gifts.

Let's take the following example: customer A wants to offer customer B a 10 course card at 195€.

1st Step: Bill customer A.

Customer A is the one who pays, she is the one who should have a bill on her bsport account.

To do this, in the search bar, search for client A > Click on "Invoice" > Select the 10 lesson card > Click on "Add to invoice" > Click on "Payment".

Choose the payment method > Click on "Add this payment" > Click on "Save".

2nd Step: Create a relationship between Client A and Client B.

On the customer file of customer A > Click on "Relationships".

Click on "Add a relationship".

Search for customer B in the search bar.

Determine the relationship between Client A and Client B. Then click on "Save".

Step 3: Share the lesson card.

Click on Client B in the Relationship tab. Then click on "Share a lesson card".

Choose the lesson card you want to share, then click on "Share".

Click on "Share".
