It happens that you end up with duplicate customer records. This can happen when one and the same member registers twice with 2 different email addresses.
To merge two member accounts:
Go to the member account who must be deleted > Click on "Merge".
Find the member whose account should be kept > Click on the arrow.
Verify the information and click on "Save" at the bottom of the page.
⚠️ Make sure to copy the following information from the member record that will be deleted to the member record that will be kept: First name, Last name, Sex, Phone number, Postal address. Without this, the merge will not work properly!!!⚠️
If the telephone number contains a 0 after the country code, this will not work. In this case, the 0 must be removed to obtain a + 44 7 XXX XXX XX format.
