You have the possibility to activate the pass at 3 different stages.
We will look more specifically into the third option.
Starts on billing date: the pass will start on the day of its’ purchase or billing ➡️ without booking a session.
Starts on booking date: the pass will start on the first booking made ➡️ even if the booking is cancelled before the class.
Starts on 1st attendance: the pass will start on the first attendance of the student ➡️ in other words when the student is marked as present in the class by the teacher during a class.
If the student does not activate the pass by validating it with a 1st attendance, the pass will expire after 365 days ➡️ the student’s attendance in class is what triggers its 1 month validity.
