You can let your members rent a room online without paying at the time of booking. They confirm their booking straight away and settle the payment later, either from their member profile or in your studio.
This is set up on the appointment pass your members use to book the room.
Step 1: Create your appointment pass
Go to Products > Appointment pass > Create an appointment pass, then fill in the form as usual.
Step 2: Activate the “Pay on-site” option
In the payment options, tick Pay on-site. This allows your members to book without paying online.
When you’re done, click Save.
ℹ️ Good to know: This option was previously called “Internal account (credit)”. It works in exactly the same way.
What your members see
When a member buys this appointment pass, a Pay later option appears at checkout. They can select it to confirm their booking and purchase without paying straight away.
This creates an unpaid invoice on the member’s account. The member can pay it:
from their member profile, or
in your studio, with a manager.
⚠️ Important: The booking is confirmed even though the invoice is unpaid. Keep an eye on unpaid invoices so payments aren’t forgotten.
