Step 1: Set up the appointment pass
To do so, go to the Products > Appointment pass > Create an appointment pass.
Fill in the form, and make sure to check "Internal account (credit)" to allow your customers to book without paying.
Step 2: Customer journey
From now on, when one of your members will try to buy the appointment pass, the "Pay later" option will be available. They will be able to select this option in order to confirm their booking and purchase without having to pay on the spot.
This will therefore create an unpaid invoice that the member will need to pay either from their member's profile, or in studio with a manager.
