In the case of a recurring booking, you can allow your students to book without a compatible appointment pass and postpone payment until later.
Step 1: Go to your client's account
Search for the desired member in the search bar.
Click on the "Appointments" tab.
Step 2: Create or modify your client's recurring appointment
Option 1: Create a recurring appointment

Option 2: Modify a recurring appointment
Click on the pencil icon.
Step 3: Set the recurring appointment correctly
Check the box "Allow unpaid bookings" > Click on "Save" > Click on "Edit"
At the time of automatic booking:
If your member has a compatible pass available, the credits are taken from that pass.
If your member does not have a compatible pass available, the booking will be made but the appointment will be unpaid and your member will have to pay later.
