How to allocate a pass to another account after purchase without cancelling payment

This article will show you how to transfer a pass to a different account after purchasing it without cancelling the payment

In this example, member A has purchased a pass but you need to transfer it on member B account.

1st Step: Refunding the credit on the current account.

On member A account, click on the pass that needs to be transferred to member B account.

Click on "Transform in credit" > Refund the full credits and amount to the account balance.

2nd step: Adjusting member A account balance.

Return to the member's profile's main page:

Click Adjust balance to Deduct the amount > Click "Don't generate an invoice" before confirming.

3rd step: Billing the pass for free on member B account.

Go to member B account and bill the pass for free adding a 100% discount.
