1st Situation: a student has cancelled out of time or has not cancelled and you wish to re-credit his or her pass.
Go to the student's file > Click on the cross of the reservation to be re-credited.
The status of the reservation will then change to refunded and the course will be credited back to the student's pass.
2nd situation: a student wishes to cancel his course and asks for a refund of his purchase (or a deposit on his account).
Go to the student's account, > Click on the reservation and then the pass used.
Then follow the refund procedure https://intercom.help/bsport-helpcenter/fr/articles/3796424.
To make a deposit, simply do not refund the student.
